I dont get this point:

"Use “circular marquee tool” to select the area of the text you are going to add the effect to and fill it with white (#ffffff). Make a selection around the text (Ctrl click the layers icon in the layers palette) and select inverse the selection (Select>Inverse or Shift+Ctrl+I). Now delete this from your white layer and lower the opacity to something about 15-20."

Can you make a few screenshots of this? it will help me very much :D

I dont understand this:
"
The way we are going to do that, is to Ctrl click on the icon of this layer in the layers palette (not the text). Now we have a selection around it. Lets chose any selection tool you want now and pres “Alt Gr” and “Shift” while moving the selection. You will also see that the selected area follows horizontally. Cover the document all the way and you’ll have this: "

Pls can u elaborate a litte cause im a newbie.

The font I used is called "Impact". Actually I think it's one of the standard, but I made every letter in caps look. Only that the smaller letters I made smaller ;)

Hope this helped.
