Of course, many of these links are not actually to the login because many blogs are writing about WordPress with Search Engine Friendly urls. Still, I'm sure you will find many websites that are using WordPress (given of course that links exists to /wp-admin). I for one am using Blogspot, but I have a local XAMPP server that I have installed WordPress on. I have started on the development of my own CMS in PHP which will be optimized for my soon-to-come website.
