You can disable it manually. Run Regedit.exe and goto this key; [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.psd\ShellEx] Right-click on the key and select Permissions. Check Allow and enable Read-Write. DONE. Run the .REG file again work and it should work this time. Adobe has set the registry key value to read-only.
